We really hope that the completion of the underpass will reduce traffic congestion and dust as it is now.

    Sharing the same view, Ms. Le Thi Thao (residing on Giai Phong Street) said: "I pass through this intersection every day, the construction is difficult, but if it is exchanged for a more open road, it is completely worth waiting for".
