    At a small car repair shop on Xuan Thuy Street, Mr. Ngoc - the shop owner said: "Since now, I have repaired more than 40 cars that have stalled due to flooding. Motorbikes enter flooded areas, water easily overflows into the inlet or incinerator, causing the engine to immediately turn off. If the driver has to deal with it many times, the water will suck deep inside, causing serious damage, the repair cost can be up to several million VND." Mr. Ngoc also recommended that when passing through a flooded road, people should turn off the engine and walk to limit the risk.
