Considering that the subjects' actions were to create images, provide false information and show signs of profiteering, PA05 proposed transferring the case to the Office of the Investigation Police Agency (PC01) for further investigation and handling according to its authority.

Nguyen Manh Tuan started calling for charity activities nearly 10 years ago. In 2017, Nguyen Manh Tuan was administratively sanctioned for posting false information about an orphan in a sewer.

However, Nguyen Manh Tuan often does not publicly disclose the amount of money donated by benefactors, causing many people to question the transparency of the subject's charitable activities.
