Information from the Industrial Park Management Board on May 7 said that there are 4 industrial parks (IPs) in the province that have been approved for investment, but have not yet come into operation.
These are My Xuan B1 Industrial Park - expanded Conac with an area of 110 hectares; HD Industrial Park with an area of 450 hectares; Long Son Oil and Gas Industrial Park with an area of 850 hectares; Van Thuong Industrial Park with an area of 387.09 hectares.
Currently, the Management Board has organized work with infrastructure investors, developing a progress diagram as a basis for project implementation.
According to the Industrial Park Management Board, there are 17 industrial parks in the province that have been approved for investment with a total area of 9,023.9 hectares. Of which, 13 industrial parks are in operation with a total area of 7,226.81 hectares, reaching an occupancy rate of 69.42%.
The area that still needs to be cleared and invested in infrastructure for 13 operating industrial parks is 703.92 hectares, of which service land and shared infrastructure investment are 141.52 hectares, industrial land for infrastructure investment for lease is 562.41 hectares.
