However, the auction did not allow reporters to attend. When asked about the reason, the officials here said that only those with invitations were allowed to attend the auction. Although in another land auction in this province, many reporters were present to report.
At the same time, when contacted to ask for information about the number of units eligible to participate in the auction, the center's leaders did not provide it.
According to the Lao Dong newspaper, only 2 enterprises participating in the auction of nearly 60ha land, with a starting price of more than VND 7,628 billion in the morning of April 26. After 2 rounds of auction, a business won the land area for more than 7.728 billion dong, the difference is about 100 billion dong compared to the starting price.
This winning bid is equivalent to the starting price plus the price step (50 billion VND/auction round) after 2 rounds. That is, auction enterprises only pay at the minimum price.
Currently, the Land Fund Development Center has not provided information about the winning bidder.
Regarding the " Urban Area of Road 3.2", the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province has assigned the Land Fund Development Center of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to organize the auction according to regulations.
The auctioned area is 597,475.7m2 (equivalent to more than 59.7ha), of which the residential land area is more than 19.1ha; commercial service land is more than 35.6ha; service - public works land is more than 5ha. The starting price for the auction of the above land is more than VND 7,628 billion.
The form of land allocation includes land use fees for residential land; land lease with one-time payment for the remaining area. The land use term is 50 years from the date of land allocation.
