Following the pure, innocent, and witty pages of previously released works for children and adolescents, author Nguyen Hoang Dieu Thuy released the fourth book called "Love for Bacts".
The work revolves around the innocent, pure "love" stories of school children, when they first experience the feeling of "complaining" in front of others.
If in the book "Running on the Bamboo Tree" (2022), author Dieu Thuy chose the setting of the 90s, when society had just escaped subsidy, then in "Love for Bactricks", she chose urban contemporary life as the main space.
Thanks to that, situations in the classroom, family stories between parents and children in modern times will be very close, creating many touches for readers, as if the story of their classroom, the story of their home is present right on the page of the book.
The "love" story of school children is examined and exploited by the female writer from many perspectives. It could be a sudden flash of excitement with a classmate, or a funny act of a court martial, seeing a couple and a friend wants to learn for fun, it seems like a nightmare story.
Or it could be a love for an Idol artist, or even for an ideal idol in history. The children also began to be curious about their parents' love, determined to fight for their own "love", and were curious about observing the signs of love around them, and began to build for themselves concepts of love.
Love for Bacts is attractive because of its humor, which has been the authors long-standing strength. The "unstoppable" unexpected situations of children both in class and at home, with vivid, modern storytelling language, can make you laugh endlessly.
But the story will also have quiet moments that are cleverly interwoven. There are things that adults do not realize but children are very sensitive to. Sometimes they intentionally make mistakes, just to get more attention and care for themselves, they show strength but deep down always crave a full winter meal for the whole family, or they have learned to grow up, become more mature and love more when living in a family without enough parents.
The stories in Love of Bacts have truly and simply depicted many aspects of modern life, to see that no matter the era, whether lacking or full of material things, children still need love.
New, bright, fun, Love for Bacts is a colorful picture of the pure and humorous love of children, of friendship, teacher-student love and family affection.
Who of us has not had a time of insect love?
