Forever in the twenties is a diary collection with the original name Chcture of Life, consisting of about 240 handwritten pages, recorded by Nguyen Van Thac from October 2, 1971 to early June 1972 nearly 8 months, from the time he enlisted in the army until the day he was on the battlefield in Quang Tri.
He wrote in the Guard nights, on the way, on the train, in the countryside of Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Ha Tinh... Amidst the smoke and fire of war, each line of text still contains the love of life, the aspiration of youth and the ideal of dedication to the Fatherland.
First launched in 2005, Forever in the twenties has become a typical cultural and social event, awarded the First Special Prize - Vietnam Book Award, and aroused the Traditional Investigation movement among young people and veterans nationwide.
On this occasion, the special edition " Mai Mai age hai duoi" will be released with a hard copy and additional photos, handwritten letters and pens of martyr Nguyen Van Thac with the support of his family.
