So that no one is left behind on the path of learning

Among the myriad of policies aimed at the people, policies such as tuition exemption, support or the campaign to build 100 inter-level boarding schools in 100 border communes are the most vivid proof of the spirit of "leaving no one behind" that the Party and State of Vietnam are pursuing with unprecedented determination and speed.

Building a boarding school - a correct, accurate and urgent decision - not only because of the lack of school infrastructure, but also because of the future of nearly 300,000 students who need to study in minimum conditions for food, accommodation, and living.

The 13-month deadline to complete 100 schools, if we look at it in numbers, is a big challenge. But if we put it in the spirit of speed and determination as Vietnam has done, such as implementing two-level local government, the decision to exempt tuition fees from concerns of General Secretary To Lam to the Resolution of the National Assembly within just a few months... then this is a confident and responsible commitment.

The Government not only set a time frame, but also took action immediately: In July, Politburo member of the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the Ministry of Finance to take care of capital, the Ministry of Construction to design model schools, the Ministry of Education and Training to take care of human resource planning - all of which were in a synchronous and unanimous cycle.

This is a campaign of humanistic stature, deeply demonstrating the ideology of "growing people" and "keeping water" from the roots. Today's children at the border are the citizen - cadre - intellectual class of the future, the force that preserves the sovereignty of the Fatherland with knowledge, culture and patriotism.

This policy is also a continuation of the humanitarian policies that the Party and State have persistently implemented over the years. The program "Studying children to school", the model "Adopted children of the Border Guard Station", literacy classes organized by the Border Guard, the "School of ranks", the "School of ranks", the "School of ranks" campaigns... All create a special educational ecosystem in the border, imbued with compatriotism, imbued with the love of the army and the people.

No country in the world can develop children if they are disadvantaged in their studies. No land can be sustainable without knowledge and opportunities. Therefore, the policy of building 248 inter-level boarding schools in the next few years, including 100 schools in the first phase, is not only an investment in infrastructure - it is an investment in personality, trust, for equality in accessing opportunities.

We do not talk about regional distance in words, but shorten it in action. With spacious schools in the mountains and forests. With nutritious meals and safe sleep for boarding students. By policies to prevent children from dropping out of school due to poverty.

Looking at the spirit and scale of this campaign, it can be affirmed: Vietnam's education policy is not only superior on paper, but is entering a period of synchronous, strong, and humane implementation - especially in the most difficult places.

Free tuition and starting construction of boarding schools are also practical policies and actions for students to enjoy the country's achievements in celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.

So that no one is left behind on the path of studying.
