Not to mention, the province invested in an additional incinerator worth 2.8 billion VND but has not yet officially operated, now it is a pile of scrap iron.
The waste treatment facilities are abandoned and burned billions of dong by the state, while the garbage is still overflooding. Damage overlaps with damage, waste continues waste.
Who are the people who have signed the approval of these projects, must clarify their responsibilities and take responsibility.

Technical specifications and design options are not suitable for actual conditions, exceeding the investment limit.
