That message is an order to act in the context that the country is entering a challenging stage, any delay can make us lose our opportunity.
Stepping into the new year of Binh Ngo, that spirit must be further concretized by practical actions: accelerating production and business from the early days, eliminating the idea that "January is a month of fun".
Reality shows that many export enterprises are racing to seize market share. Localities are fiercely competing to attract investment. Industries such as electronics, textiles, agricultural products, logistics... all depend on the production pace right from the first quarter. If the first quarter is slow, it is difficult to break through in the whole year. Meanwhile, the goals of growth, green transformation, innovation, and improving labor productivity... have been clearly defined in the Party's Resolutions. There can be no breakthrough if we still maintain the mindset of "relaxing the beginning of the year".
Therefore, the first responsibility belongs to each official, civil servant, public employee, and employee. The spirit of "lightning speed, decisiveness" must be shown from the smallest thing: going to work on time, handling dossiers quickly and neatly, not postponing appointments, not shirking responsibility.
This is also the time when "responsibility discipline must be put first". Task assignment must go hand in hand with a clear inspection, evaluation and handling mechanism.
