New focus for new tasks

In the process of rearranging provincial-level administrative units - one of the tasks of extensive reform and having a direct impact on the public authority apparatus - thousands of cadres, civil servants and public employees across the country have been entering a new journey: Leaving their old positions, coming to new workplaces, starting a new journey.

It can be felt in the majority of cadres that the trust, excitement, and responsibility of cadres - supported by timely and practical attention from authorities at all levels.

The dry statistics such as "1,400 cadres of Binh Phuoc province will move to Dong Nai", or "2,100 cadres of Binh Thuan will move to Lam Dong" are now vividly appearing in many stories: New place to live, distance to work, school for children, and a lifestyle to get used to from the beginning. Many officials shared that they took on the new assignment with a ready mind. Many people consider this an opportunity to rub shoulders, challenge themselves, get close to the people, understand the people and serve them better.

The maturity of many cadres comes from practical experiences, from new lands, new jobs, new groups.

Cadres are the root of all work, especially in this transitional period, there is no shortage of timely and responsible intervention from the government. Dong Nai is a typical example. Early, the province has directed the review of headquarters funds, public housing, renovation of unused headquarters, promotion of social housing construction, and at the same time prepared a resolution to support more than 45 billion VND for nearly 1,400 officials. It is not just a figure for budget investment - it is understanding, sharing and accompanying.

Or in Lam Dong, the draft resolution to support rental, travel, and cost of stabilizing the lives of mobilized cadres from Binh Thuan is also being finalized, with a spirit of openness and flexibility.

For those who have to transfer jobs when merging provinces, this is a re-establishment of their working positions with full responsibility and expectations. When assigned to the new administrative unit, the staff understood that they were the first to lay the bricks for the new apparatus to operate.

When the responsibility of cadres is given wing by sharing and support from the government, these changes will become an opportunity for the team of public sector cadres to mature, be more courageous - and for the new organizational model to truly come into life with clearer and more practical results.

A new, optimistic and confident mindset is also a manifestation of the spirit of putting national interests and the happiness of the people above all of today's cadres.
