- 10 grams chopped coriander

- 5ml peanut oil

- Salt to taste

Making

- Mix cooked rice with curd and salt.

- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and ginger and pour over rice mixture.

Raita with cucumber and mint

Ingredient

- 1 cucumber (grated)
