Spicy bean curd rice
Ingredient
- 125 grams of cooked rice
- 75 grams of curd
- 5 grams mustard seeds
- 5 grams grated ginger
- 10 grams chopped coriander
- 5ml peanut oil
- Salt to taste
- Mix cooked rice with curd and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and ginger and pour over rice mixture.
- Garnish with coriander and enjoy.
Raita with cucumber and mint

- 1 cucumber (grated)
- 5 grams mint (chopped)
- 2.5 grams of roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste

- Beat the curd well then add grated cucumber and mint leaves.

- 75ml curd
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 green chili, chopped
- Salt to taste
Making
- Mix oats, curd, carrots, chillies and salt.
- Pour the batter into a hot pan and cook until golden brown and enjoy.
Curd smoothie
Ingredient
- 125ml curd
- 1 banana
- 5ml honey
- 1.5 grams cinnamon
Making
- Mix curd, banana, honey and cinnamon well until smooth.
- Refrigerate before use.
Curd and chickpea salad

- 125 grams boiled chickpeas
- 75ml curd
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 5ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
