Their occurrence often indicates problems with the body's metabolic function, most commonly obesity and diabetes (diabetes).

When blood sugar levels are too high, metabolism will be affected. After sugar metabolism is disrupted, black substances will clump in cells. Over time, one or two black spot loops will easily appear on the neck. Sometimes there will even be clear signs of dark skin in the armpits or groin.

Black thorn disease itself is a benign disease, but abnormal blood sugar levels will cause some diseases. Kidney failure, blindness, leg rot... are chronic complications of diabetes.

To improve black spurs, you should follow some habits to be healthier.

Exercise five days a week, at least half an hour a day. We should start with lighter intensity programs and play some of your favorite sports.

Studies show that drinks can increase the risk of type 2 diabetes. Therefore, we should also limit sugary drinks.

The best time to eat dinner is from 6pm to 8pm, so that food in the stomach is digested basically before going to bed and does not affect sleep quality. Not eating more after dinner can also reduce the risk of diabetes.
