The combination of bananas, peanut butter and dark chocolate not only creates an attractive snack but also supports blood sugar control and reduces belly fat.

Banana chocolate peanut butter snack uses healthy ingredients such as sliced bananas, peanut butter, chocolate chips, unrefined coconut oil, minced unsalted roasted peanuts and a little sea salt. The combined ingredients create a dish rich in fiber, heart-healthy fats and antioxidants.

Bananas not only create a natural sweetness but also provide abundant fiber. Supplementing fiber is associated with reducing belly fat and supporting weight control. The combination of soluble and insoluble fiber in bananas helps improve digestion and increase feelings of fullness.

In addition, peanut butter and peanuts provide monounsaturated fats, which are beneficial for the heart. These fats help slow down the absorption of sugar, thereby stabilizing blood sugar levels, limiting hunger and cravings in the evening.

Dark chocolate in the recipe also plays an important role in providing antioxidants, especially flavanols. These compounds support cardiovascular health and help reduce inflammation in the body.

How to do it:

- Line a large plate of parchment paper. Arrange the banana slices into a single layer. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

- Soak peanut butter evenly on the banana slices. Put back in the freezer.

- Put chocolate and coconut oil into a small microwave-safe bowl. Roast at high heat for 30 seconds; stir well and roast for another 30 seconds until the chocolate and coconut oil are almost melted. Stir until the chocolate chips are completely melted and blend into the oil.

- Spread the mixture evenly on banana slices. Sprinkle peanuts and sea salt on top. Put in the freezer until the chocolate solidifies, about 15 minutes. Break into small pieces, use immediately or put in a sealed container and freeze for a maximum of 3 days.
