    Due to prolonged heavy rain, Bach Mai Hospital recommends that patients prioritize safety, can postpone the examination schedule while still maintaining health insurance benefits.

    On September 30, Bach Mai Hospital issued a message of reassurance and specific instructions to patients and their families when there is prolonged rain, wind, and flooding over a wide area. Accordingly, safety of life is given top priority, medical examination and treatment will be flexibly arranged when the weather stabilizes again.

    Bach Mai Hospital emphasizes that patients should absolutely not rush to travel in dangerous weather conditions just to meet their appointment. In cases where they cannot come for examination on time due to the impact of the storm, the hospital will create conditions to arrange a new examination schedule, still ensuring health insurance benefits.

    Patients are advised to continue to follow the current prescription. If the drug supply is about to run out, you can contact the switchboard or the department/terapeutic department directly to get instructions on the safest and most suitable treatment plan.
