Overripe bananas: The sugar content in bananas, especially overripe bananas, is very high.
Lychee and longan: These are fruits that are often available in the summer, have a fragrant and sweet taste, and are very easy to eat. However, both lychee and longan contain high amounts of sugar and very little fiber. Therefore, if you have diabetes, you should not eat these fruits.
Note when eating
Eat only fresh fruit, not seasoned, dried, or canned fruit. If you eat dried fruit, check the label to see how much sugar it contains.
Patients should not be too restrictive because eating too little can also make the body tired and lower blood sugar, while causing many health problems.
You should not drink fruit juice regularly because a glass of fruit juice contains about 15 grams of carbs and can easily increase blood sugar levels.
