The Department of Health, the City Police, the Department of Science and Technology, and affiliated public and non-public hospitals regularly review and inspect information technology infrastructure, security systems and cybersecurity conditions at hospitals.
Regarding the implementation of electronic medical records, the City People's Committee requires affiliated public and non-public hospitals to survey and evaluate the current status of the unit's hardware, software, network systems and security; analyze to select options, develop detailed implementation plans at the unit to ensure compliance with the conditions, scale and model of medical examination and treatment of each unit.
Before September 30, hospitals will upgrade information technology infrastructure by reviewing, building a list, implementing upgrades, and investing in purchasing information technology infrastructure.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Health to preside over the development and implementation of a plan to deploy electronic medical records in the city.
