After the flood, many domestic clean water systems were destroyed and damaged, so the need for clean water of the people is very high.

Faced with such an urgent situation, Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company and the health sector have urgently deployed the provision of clean water and treatment of water pollution for the people. Many tanks carrying clean water and mobile water purifiers have been mobilized to provide water to people in flooded and water shortage areas.

In Con Cuong commune, water has been supplied to block 2, Southwest Nghe An Regional General Hospital, Cau Block 4 hamlet and Tien Thanh.

A representative of Nghe An Water Supply Joint Stock Company said that the unit has widely announced the water supply point, many people proactively brought cans and plastic boxes to get water.

For single-parent families and elderly people living deep in alleys who cannot access tanker trucks, the authorities have supported transportation to their homes.

The company continues to use water tankers to supply people in flooded areas in communes lacking clean water in the coming days.

Many businesses, philanthropists, and relief teams have also transported thousands of bottles of mineral water to supply to people in flooded areas in Nghe An.

In the context of water shortage, the local health sector has also actively disinfected and treated well water; at the same time, propagated that people should not use dirty water to ensure health and prevent epidemics after natural disasters.
