The 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress for Workers and Civil Servants organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will take place on October 26. At the Congress, there will be 37 collectives and 43 outstanding advanced individuals honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. This is not only an opportunity to honor individuals and groups that contribute to emulation movements but also shape a new period, promote the tradition of the working class, the spirit of "innovation, creativity, emulation to promote labor productivity", contributing to the realization of the goals of building and developing the country.
