The project has a total investment of 1.5 billion VND, of which Petrolimex Road Plastics Company Limited sponsored 300 million VND, the rest was mobilized from other legal capital sources.

Attending the handover ceremony were representatives of the Golden Heart Fund; Mr. Le Anh Duc - Deputy Director of Petrolimex asphalt Co., Ltd; representatives of Yen Thanh District Department of Education and Training; Local leaders and numerous officials, teachers, parents and students.
At the ceremony, the sponsor's representative presented the school with a 55-inch TV worth 12 million VND and many candy shares for students, contributing to encouraging the spirit of learning and creating favorable conditions for teaching activities.

Lang Thanh Primary School was established in 1957 with 3 campuses. Of which, the 3rd school in Lang Cau hamlet is the most difficult school in Yen Thanh district, in the 2023 - 2024 school year, the school has 5 classes with a total of 124 students.
The school consists of 3 levels of level 4 buildings, of which the main classroom block with 3 classrooms was built nearly 40 years ago, and has seriously degraded. In 2000, the school submitted a proposal to the People's Committee of the commune to have a plan to build a new house because it was unsafe.
After more than 20 years, the classroom block still does not have enough funding to build a new one, and students and teachers still face the risk of insecurity.
In that situation, the People's Committee of the commune has proposed to the People's Committee of Yen Thanh district to submit a document to the Golden Heart Social and Cultural Fund to request funding for construction. The project started on June 7, 2024.
