    A young American man climbed out of a high-rise building with his bare hands when the fire broke out.

    According to CNN, the fire department in Philadelphia received a phone call to report a fire in a room at 9:30 p.m. on July 18.

    When the authorities arrived at the 19-storey building, they witnessed an extremely surprising scene: a young man climbed out of the building without helping himself escape the fire.

    The video shows him clinging to the balconies and railings of many floors of houses to gradually move until he got to the ground and was picked up by the authorities below.

    The fire is believed to have started from a garbage compactor.

    The building was evacuated after the fire. There were no casualties in this fire.
