2024 witnessed the strong return of VTV Binh Dien Long An volleyball when the Western team won many titles.

2024 is a special year for VTV Binh Dien Long An women's volleyball club as the Western team celebrates its 20th anniversary. Not disappointing expectations, coach Thai Quang Lai's team has brought home a series of outstanding titles.

With a lineup of faces combining experience and youth such as Kim Thoa, Khanh Dang, Lan Vy, Tra My... VTV Binh Dien Long An has successively achieved achievements such as winning the Hung Vuong Cup 2024, runner-up of Hoa Lu Cup - Binh Dien 2024, 4th place of VTV9 Cup - Binh Dien 2024.

In particular, with the return of middle blocker Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa in the second phase of the national championship, coach Thai Quang Lai's squad has been strengthened both mentally and professionally. At the age of 37, although working in the youth coaching staff of the team, this veteran middle blocker has taken on the task of strengthening the middle blocker position since the second phase.

Ngoc Hoa is an important link, helping VTV Binh Dien Long An's playing style through coordinated ball situations with passer Kim Thoa smoothly, the defense at the net and quick finishing also become more effective. As a result, the Western team successfully conquered the Cup in the 2024 National Championship.

It can be said that coach Thai Quang Lai and his team have brought a meaningful gift to fans across the country on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the club's founding.

The reigning national champions are increasingly showing that they are gradually regaining their position, deserving to be one of the most successful teams in Vietnamese women's volleyball.

Besides, VTV Binh Dien Long An is also a pioneer club and maintains the successful transfer of athletes to countries with developed volleyball such as Thailand, Taiwan (China), Japan... with the most prominent being the main striker Tran Thi Thanh Thuy.

This demonstrates the quality of the club's training, contributes to promoting the image and brand of Vietnamese volleyball to volleyball fans around the world, and creates motivation for young athletes of national volleyball.
