Fitness expert Karl Lim temporarily says goodbye to the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team

Fitness expert Karl Lim has completed the first phase of the working program with the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team.

Mr. Karl Lim said that he will temporarily part ways with the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team from August 28 and will return in the second phase.

Fitness expert Karl Lim works with the Vietnam Volleyball Federation under the support program of the FIVB World Volleyball Federation.

This expert started working as a physical coach from May 2025 for the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team and the Vietnam U21 Volleyball Team.

Expert Karl Lim is evaluated to do appropriate physical preparation exercises for Vietnamese players to gain confidence when competing.

It is known that Mr. Karl Lim's working program with the Vietnam Volleyball Federation lasted for six months, including four months in the first phase and two months in the second phase.

The Vietnam women's volleyball team will return to training at the end of October. At that time, Mr. Karl Lim continued to take on the task of physical training so that Vietnamese players could be ready to participate in the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand.

This year is the first time a national volleyball team of Vietnam has been supplemented with foreign fitness experts to refresh training exercises. Mr. Karl Lim attended the 2025 World Championship with coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team.
