According to Lao Dong, VTV Binh Dien Long An team will choose coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa, replacing coach Thai Quang Lai, as head coach to prepare for the second phase of the 2025 National Championship.
Before taking on this role, coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa was an assistant coach for the VTV Binh Dien Long An women's team at the 2024 National Championship and the first phase of the 2025 National Championship. In addition, this former player also plays in the team's main squad.
When taking on the new assignment, head coach Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa will focus on coaching and not competing.
Coach Thai Quang Lai joined VTV Binh Dien Long An team at the end of 2023 after leaving the Ha Tinh men's team. He has brought home the national championship in 2024, the Hung Vuong Cup 2024, the third place of the Hung Vuong Cup 2025 and the runner-up of the AVC Champions League 2025 for this team.
Coach Ngoc Hoa has joined the coaching staff of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team in 2025 and is currently the Head Coach of the VTV Binh Dien Long An youth volleyball team. Ngoc Hoa plays as a middle blocker, a player who received basic training from Long An sports volleyball.
In the second phase of the National Championship, VTV Binh Dien Long An will compete in the remaining 2 matches of the group stage against Ho Chi Minh City and Duc Giang Chemicals to determine the rankings to compete for a place in the final round.
