The 2026 National Club Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship ended competition on March 29 in Bac Ninh.
The tournament attracted more than 300 athletes from 28 teams nationwide to compete.
The Vietnam Sports Administration continues to include the above MMA tournament in the national official system program.
The tournament has the No. 1 position belonging to the Hung Yen team. Second place is the Bac Ninh 1 team and third place is the Thai Nguyen 1 team.
This year's tournament also attracts athletes from many units that are training in MMA to participate in the competition such as People's Police, Can Tho, Quang Tri, Da Nang, Hue, Ninh Binh, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Lam Dong, Dak Lak...
The 2026 National Club Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship has organized competitions in combat events according to weight classes U14, U16, U18 and over 18 years old for men and women.
The Asian General Martial Arts Association has just issued a notice to member federations, in which athletes wishing to participate in ASIAD 20 will have to compete in the qualifying round.
The qualifying round of the tournament will be the 2026 Asian MMA Championship taking place from May 22 to May 24 in Uzbekistan. In addition, the 2026 Asian MMA Championship is also a qualifying round to compete for tickets to participate in the 2026 Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. The content of MMA for the above 2 Games will be competed in modern and traditional formats.
The Vietnamese MMA team is expected to be established to prepare for the 2026 Asian Championship in the near future. Our goal is to win a place to participate in ASIAD 20.
