Coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and the coaching staff have come up with a number of training options for the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team in the second phase. According to Lao Dong's research, the team will first choose to practice in Quang Ninh to suit their expertise.
The training proposal in Quang Ninh has been sent to the Vietnam Volleyball Federation and the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports. Currently, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team for the second phase of 2025 has not been established because the players have just finished competing in the 2025 National Championship.
In the first training session, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet also chose a training location in Quang Ninh. After that, the players had time to practice in Dong Anh (Hanoi) and train their physical strength in Tam Dao (Phu Tho). Before the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team finished the first training session, the players had practiced and competed in Ninh Binh.
The Vietnam Volleyball Federation has developed a plan to choose training locations in Japan for the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team. Based on the timing and preparation of the Board of Directors, the manager is contacting the facilities in Japan. In case they cannot go to Japan, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team will train full-time in the country and then participate in the 33rd SEA Games in Thailand in December.
