Le Van Tuan competes for the title at MMA LION Championship 30

LION Championship 30 (LC 30) event will take place at 8:00 PM on April 18th at Xuan Dinh Ward Gymnasium (Hanoi), marking the first organization of this professional MMA tournament in 2026.

The highlight of LION Championship (LC) 30 is Le Van Tuan's 56kg title defense match.

After a knockout victory against former champion Pham Van Nam at LC 23, this boxer rose to 4th place in the pound-for-pound rankings. His opponent is Tran Trong Kim - a 38-year-old veteran boxer from PFC Phu Quoc, who won the right to compete for the belt after a three-match winning streak against young opponents in 2025.

In the 65kg weight class, the confrontation between Harry Smith and Nguyen Trung Hai attracted attention as both were aiming for the opportunity to compete for titles. The Scottish fighter entered the match with two consecutive victories, while Trung Hai is considered one of the young faces with potential.

In addition to the main matches, LC 30 also brings together many notable matches such as Tran Ngoc Lam vs. Nguyen Quoc Bao; Nguyen Hop Hai confronts Du Van Thuan; Au Van Hien encountered Le Cong Nghi.

In the 52kg weight class, the match between Le Hoang Duc and Trinh Thanh Cong is in a series of matches to determine the title contenders in the near future.
