According to the Charter of Quang Ninh Pickleball Association, Quang Ninh Pickleball Association is a social organization of Vietnamese organizations and citizens living and working in Quang Ninh province, operating in the field of pickleball sports, loving and interested in pickleball, voluntarily established.
The purpose of the Association's activities is to gather and unite members, protect the legitimate rights and interests of members, support each other to operate effectively; propagate, mobilize, organize and guide members to practice and compete in pickleball in accordance with the provisions of law, in order to improve health, improve physical fitness, develop talents, and contribute to the development of sports and socio-economic career of Quang Ninh province.
The Association is allowed to participate in programs, projects, topics, scientific research and technology development tasks, consulting activities, policy review at the request of state agencies; participate in providing public services, organizing vocational training, and transmitting vocational skills according to the provisions of law...
The Association has legal status, its own seal and account; operates in accordance with Vietnamese law and the Association's Charter approved by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.
The use of the Association's funds must comply with the provisions of law and the Association's Charter to ensure publicity and transparency; pay taxes, fees, and charges and implement accounting, auditing, and statistical regimes according to the provisions of law; register for a tax code and declare taxes according to the provisions of tax law.
Quang Ninh Pickleball Association was established by Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee in August 2024 and held its first congress at the end of October 2024.
According to Mr. Vu Van Tuyen - Chairman of Quang Ninh Pickleball - Pickleball movement has developed strongly nationwide, but Quang Ninh is one of the first few localities to establish a pickleball association. Currently, the association has over 100 members and is continuing to welcome new members. The pickleball movement is developing widely with many clubs in districts, towns and cities throughout Quang Ninh province. It is estimated that there are currently over 200 pickleball courts throughout Quang Ninh province; many other courts are continuing to be invested in and built.
