The media and experts are emphasizing the record number of coaches who have been carded and disciplined in a round of the V.League. In a way, even at different locations and times, coaches are punished for their actions. And although the level of reaction is different, they are basically bad images.
Most often, coaches, assistants and teams still often take advantage of post-match press conferences to criticize and continue to attack referee mistakes - as part of explaining the factors that lead to their actions and reactions, like "there is no smoke without fire". To some extent, you can sympathize with them - or anyone who easily reacts to disadvantages - but often forgets to look back on themselves.
It is not without reason that people say Seeing trees fixing the soil, seeing children fixing themselves, do coaches think about what their students think when witnessing such images? Obviously, sometimes not only the coach but also the assistants, coaching staff members, medical team and reserve players rushed out of the technical area to react.
The crowd effect is one thing, but the main problem still comes from the leader. ideology, will, words, actions... are all factors that influence and impact teammates and players. The results of the complaints and criticisms also came from the assistants and players during the press conference, and the club wanted to demand justice.
People have the habit of looking at negative points rather than positive points, looking at other people's flaws and forgetting to look back at themselves to judge. Many coaches have directly stated that the referees are targeted to them, but do they think that the results come from the cause of their reactions - from many years ago and happened many times!? That does not mean " revenge" from the referee team, but when the image is stuck in their subconscious, the disadvantage is only due to overreactions.
Success does not depend on the circumstances but on how we react. Focus on what can be controlled - thinking, emotions and actions - like the saying "You can't control the wind, but you can adjust the sails" to become a good example for the team.
