Accordingly, many management personnel of Vietnamese sports have been appointed to management positions.
In which, the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism announced Decision No. 2229/QD-BVHTTDL dated August 24, 2026 on the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Trong Ho, Director of the National Sports Complex, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports.
At the decision awarding ceremony, the new Deputy Director of the Vietnam Sports Administration, Mr. Nguyen Trong Ho, expressed his honor to receive the trust of the Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Culture, Sports & Tourism to assign tasks and commit to completing the set tasks.
Also on August 28, the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports officially awarded the Decision to appoint Mr. Pham Quoc Hung to take on the role of Acting Director of the National Sports Complex.
In addition, Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh was appointed Deputy Director of the Vietnam Anti-Doping Center. Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh has taken on the role of Deputy Director in charge of the National High-Level Athlete Training Center.
Thus, the Vietnamese sports sector has consolidated the personnel of units. Currently, the Vietnam Department of Physical Education and Sports has 1 Director, Mr. Nguyen Danh Hoang Viet, and 3 Deputy Directors, including Mr. Nguyen Hong Minh, Mr. Nguyen Trong Ho, and Ms. Le Thi Hoang Yen.
