The 8th Conference of the Executive Committee of the 6th term (2021-2026) of the Vietnam Olympic Committee was held under the chairmanship of Chairman Nguyen Van Hung on September 10 in Hanoi.
The conference acknowledged the contributions of the members of the Executive Committee to the operation of the Vietnam Olympic Committee, and then will conduct a summary of the activities carried out during the term.
Also here, Chairman Nguyen Van Hung also requested the Executive Committee to contribute opinions to propose operating directions and key tasks of term VII (2026-2031).
The Executive Committee of the Vietnam Olympic Committee, term VI, promotes the spirit of solidarity, responsibility, proactiveness, creativity, focuses on leading, directing and organizing the implementation of tasks according to the orientation of the Olympic movement and the requirements of developing Vietnamese Sports in the new situation.
Also in the Conference, the personnel framework plan of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Olympic Committee, term VII, was agreed upon.
In addition, the Conference issued a Resolution convening the VII Congress of the Vietnam Olympic Committee (2026-2031) at the end of 2026.
In the VI term, the Vietnam Olympic Committee elected an Executive Committee of 39 members.
