The 13th Southeast Asian Para Games - ASEAN Para Games 13 officially opened in Thailand.

On the evening of January 20 local time in Thailand, ASEAN Par Games 13 officially opened. Host Thailand conducted the opening program of the Games with the most solemn ceremonies and at the same time brought to the disabled sports delegations in the region a modern art program.

The art performances of the ASEAN Para Games 13 Opening Ceremony were performed in turn with the contents "Harmony of Hearts", "Heartbeat Isaan Pop", "Rhythm of Dreams".

At the Opening Ceremony, each disabled sports delegation paraded through the main stands.

The Vietnamese disabled sports delegation attended the opening ceremony of ASEAN Para Games 13 with the flag-raising face being wheelchair badminton athlete Truong Ngoc Binh.

The Vietnamese disabled sports delegation is expected to assign the task of holding the flag to weightlifter Le Van Cong, but the athlete has a competition program right after the opening, so the delegation leaders made a suitable choice.

After the Opening Ceremony, ASEAN Para Games 13 will officially compete from January 21st to January 26th. The Vietnamese disabled sports delegation set a target of winning from 30 to 35 gold medals, ranking among the 5 leading countries at the Games.
