Speaking at the conference, Mr. Duong Van Luong said that provincial leaders have agreed on the policy of coordinating with VFF to bring the match to be held in Thai Nguyen. According to VFF, the preparation work focuses on four groups of contents including professional organization, ensuring security - safety and logistics, communication and ticket issuance, along with medical conditions, facilities, accommodation and training grounds for the two teams. The plan is built based on the experience of organizing international matches in the past and will continue to be adjusted to suit the actual conditions in the locality.

Concluding the conference, leaders of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee requested departments and branches to urgently develop plans to ensure security, traffic, health, electricity and communication; at the same time, promote guidance for fans on ticket purchases, regulations for entering the stadium as well as cheering culture.
