Lang Son - The provincial Market Management Department has just coordinated with local authorities to discover 1,000 kg of pig's feet of unknown origin.

On June 27, 2025, Market Management Team No. 6, Market Management Department of Lang Son province coordinated with PC03-Lang Son Provincial Police Department and specialized agencies to conduct a search of a transport vehicle with license plate 18C-075.77 driven by Mr. Chu Van Son (address in Lang Son city, Lang Son province).

At the time of the inspection, the inspection team discovered inside the cargo hold of the vehicle containing 1,000 kg of pre-processed pig's feet, contained in pineapple sacks and water flowing.

Working with the inspection team, Mr. Chu Van Son could not present documents accompanying the goods, invoices, documents, certificates of origin of goods, and did not have a quarantine certificate from the Veterinary agency for the goods or any other documents related to all of the above goods. The value of the violating exhibits was determined to be VND 28,000,000.

Through the inspection and verification of details related to the incident, there was a basis to determine that Mr. Lanh Van Minh (located in Loc Binh district, Lang Son province) was the owner of all of the above-mentioned infringing goods.

Market Management Team No. 6 has drawn up a record of administrative violations against Mr. Lanh Van Minh for the act of Trading in goods of unknown origin and origin and issued a decision to sanction according to regulations.
