USD skyrockets
The USD maintained its upward momentum in the Asian trading session on Friday, after reaching a three-month high. Investors continue to react to mixed signals from central bank decisions this week, the profit results of technology stocks, and the temporary tariff ceasefire agreement between the US and China.

In the trading session on October 31, the worried mentality continued to engulf large-cap stocks, thereby causing all major indices to decrease. Especially in the afternoon session, selling pressure continued to overwhelm, causing the index to decrease sharply even though the buyers reappeared at the end of the session but still could not change the situation and the VN-Index still closed in red.

At the end of the trading session on October 31, the VN-Index decreased by 29.92 points, down to 1,639.65 points. The entire market with red is somewhat overwhelming with the seller having 414 codes down and the buyer having 330 codes up. Similarly, red also dominated the VN30 basket with 21 decreased codes, 8 increased codes and 1 reference code.

The case of breaking into a lottery company to reveal a loophole in the supervision stage
The Ministry of Finance has just sent an official dispatch to the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities requesting strengthening the management of lottery companies and lottery supervision councils, to ensure transparency and prevent violations of the law during the lottery opening process.

Previously, Department 2 - Supreme People's Procuracy sent a document to the Ministry of Finance requesting the application of measures to prevent crimes and violations of the law related to lottery activities. According to the inspection agency, two recent incidents show that there were subjects breaking into lottery companies, affecting lucky money balls, and distorting lottery results to serve lottery and gambling activities.
"The reason for the above situation is that the supervision and periodic inspection of lottery machines and lottery machines by the lottery supervision board and lottery companies is not strict and in accordance with regulations.
