    Ha Nam - The Ministry of Construction has just issued a Decision to recognize the level of urban infrastructure development for the area planned to establish wards in Kim Bang urban area.

    According to Lao Dong reporter's investigation on November 20, the Ministry of Construction has just issued Decision 1036/QD-BXD recognizing the level of urban infrastructure development for the area planned to establish wards in Kim Bang urban area (Ha Nam).

    Decision on recognition of areas meeting urban infrastructure standards, applicable to wards of type IV urban areas, including:

    Que town area, Ba Sao town area, Ngoc Son commune area, Thi Son commune area, Dong Hoa commune area, Dai Cuong commune area, Le Ho commune area, Tuong Linh commune area, Nhat Tan and Nhat Tuu commune areas, Tan Son commune area.

    The Ministry of Construction requests the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam province, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Kim Bang district, the Chief of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Urban Development and related units and individuals to be responsible for implementing the decision.
