On February 12, the Inspection Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to draw lots to select officials and civil servants to verify assets and income in 2025.
At the conference, Plan No. 89-KH/UBKTTU dated January 17, 2025 of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission on verifying assets and income in 2025 was approved.
The verified subjects include 225 officials and civil servants, including 10 members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and provincial leaders, 129 officials and civil servants from 21 provincial departments, branches, and agencies and advisory agencies to the Provincial Party Committee, and 86 officials and civil servants from 7 districts and cities.
Through a random drawing process, 44 officials and civil servants were selected to conduct asset and income verification, including officials who are members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and provincial leaders, along with 41 officials and civil servants from 4 departments, branches and sectors and 1 district and city unit.
The Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission will continue to verify assets and income in accordance with Party regulations and State laws.
This asset and income verification work aims to raise awareness and consciousness of officials and civil servants about asset and income declaration, at the same time prevent, detect and handle acts of corruption, contributing to the serious implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies on preventing and combating corruption and negativity.
