To allow the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and related individuals to carry out assigned political and professional tasks, violations occurred in advising on the implementation of land and mineral resources management and use.
Therefore, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and relevant Party members to seriously draw profound lessons.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reviewed the inspection results and found that the Party Committee of the Department of Planning and Investment had committed violations and shortcomings in implementing the Party organization's operating regime as prescribed. There was a lack of leadership, direction, inspection and supervision in the implementation of assigned political and professional tasks.
For the Department of Planning and Investment and related individuals to commit violations and shortcomings in consulting and accepting investment in a number of energy projects in the province.

The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reviewed the inspection results and found that the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade had violations and shortcomings in leadership and direction.
The Department of Industry and Trade and related individuals in performing assigned professional tasks committed a number of violations in coordinating with related agencies to advise on investment approval and implementation of a number of energy projects in the province.
From there, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requested the Party Committee of the Department of Industry and Trade and related party members to seriously draw profound lessons.
Regarding the Party Committee of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and related Party members, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that the Party Cell of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board for the 2015-2020 term (now the Party Committee of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board) had violations and shortcomings in leadership and direction.
Violations and shortcomings occurred in the land lease of the Tran Hong Quan aluminum electrolysis plant project in 2015.
