Within the framework of the 1st Congress of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, on the morning of October 2, 500 delegates divided into 9 discussion groups in 3 areas: Vinh Long, Tra Vinh and Ben Tre.
Delegates carefully studied the prepared documents, including the draft Central Political Report submitted to the 14th Congress, the Report summarizing the implementation of the Party Charter, the Political Report of the Provincial Party Congress, the Report on the review of the 11th Party Executive Committee and the draft resolution, and discussed the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution.
The opinions contributed at the workshop focused on evaluating the results achieved, limitations and lessons learned in implementing the Resolution of the previous Congress, and at the same time proposing directions, key tasks and strategic solutions for the 2025-2030 period.
Many delegates emphasized the development of the marine economy, renewable energy, high-tech agriculture, logistics; at the same time, including digital economy, digital healthcare, digital education in management and life, associated with improving the quality of human resources and job creation.
The delegate also gave opinions on the work of building and rectifying the Party and the political system to be clean and strong, implementing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.
The contents of resource allocation, mobilization, and roadmap for implementing the Action Program were also discussed carefully, ensuring feasibility, clarity, and effectiveness.
The results of the discussion at 9 groups in the Vinh Long Provincial Party Congress will be compiled, accepted, and supplemented to complete documents and resolutions, submit to the Congress for consideration and resolution, contributing to creating momentum for rapid and sustainable development for the province in the new period.
