On the afternoon of September 16, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, Politburo member and Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu - Head of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 14th National Party Congress, chaired the 4th meeting of the Subcommittee. Also attending were members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of departments, ministries and branches who are members of the Subcommittee.
At the meeting, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Central Committee Office Lam Thi Phuong Thanh presented a report on the coordination and implementation of the organization work to serve the 14th National Party Congress since the 3rd Session (April 2025) to date; on 7 key groups of tasks of the Subcommittee.
Through reviewing and updating progress reports, members of the Subcommittee agreed to note that, basically, the organization work serving the 14th National Party Congress has been and is being actively implemented by agencies and units, ensuring the set progress. In terms of content, the art of encouragement must ensure high political and artistic value, with prominent themes about the image of Uncle Ho, symbols of the power of the armed forces; the spirit of great national unity; the spirit of innovation and creativity and the development of science and technology...

Appreciating the sense of responsibility of the delegates and the assigned agencies and units, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu suggested that the agencies continue to review the assigned work, closely coordinate to avoid delays and shortcomings; promote the sense of responsibility of the head, regularly inspect and urge, ensure effective implementation of tasks, while avoiding waste and absolute safety; implement a weekly progress and results reporting regime; prepare conditions so that by November 15, 2025, technical equipment, facilities, and construction items for the Congress can be inspected, inspected, and tested.
The Standing Secretariat emphasized that the decoration, propaganda, and visual encouragement work to welcome the 14th National Party Congress in Hanoi and localities across the country need to be prepared for implementation early (expected in mid-October 2025) to create an exciting, confident atmosphere, and celebrate the country's important political event.
Regarding the preparation of facilities for the Congress, it needs to be done urgently, drastically, and not subjectively. In particular, ensuring careful logistics, absolute security and safety conditions for delegates, guests, diplomatic delegations, and international visitors invited to attend the 14th National Party Congress.
Stating that there is not much time left until now for the Congress, about important contents and tasks that need attention, investment, and focus on direction, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu suggested that agencies, units, and members of the Subcommittee uphold their sense of responsibility, closely follow assigned functions and tasks, proactively direct and urge implementation; further strengthen close coordination between agencies and units to carry out general work.
The Central Party Office acts as a focal point, proactively urges and coordinates with agencies to report implementation results, difficulties and problems to the Standing Committee of the Subcommittee for timely consideration and handling, in order to ensure the completion of the remaining work as planned.
