On the afternoon of November 5, the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the City Party Committee Standing Committee on personnel work.
The Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee transferred Mr. Phung Xuan Duong - Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Inspection Committee to work at the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; appointed him to the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee until retirement age according to regulations.
On the morning of November 4, at the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work.
According to Decision No. 63-QD/dy, Ms. Bui Huyen Mai was appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi.
In Decision No. 218-QD/TU, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to assign Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chuong My Ward, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, cease holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuong My Ward; to work at the City Labor Federation to perfect the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, Chairman of the City Labor Federation.

Transfer and appoint Mr. Van Dinh Thao - Director of the Department of Finance to the position of Head of the Management Board of Industrial Parks and Economic Zones of Tuyen Quang province;
Appointed Ms. Pham Kieu Van - Deputy Director of the Department of Finance to the position of Director of the Department of Finance;

Two department directors elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee
On November 3, the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Council held the 35th session to review a number of contents, including personnel improvement.
At the session, the delegates of the Provincial People's Council elected Mr. Le Quang Hung - Director of the Department of Finance and Mr. Cao Van Cuong - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on appointing Mr. Luyen Huu Chung - Party Committee Secretary, Deputy Director in charge of the Department of Education and Training, to hold the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province.
