At the Conference, representatives of the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced decisions on personnel work.
According to Notice No. 20-TB/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee, based on Project No. 01-DA/TU, dated October 30, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on the assignment, arrangement and completion of personnel for cadres positions after the 18th City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee agreed to assign and introduce to hold the position of Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City for comrade Bui Huyen Mai - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City.
According to Decision No. 63-QD/dyU of the Hanoi Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee appointed Comrade Bui Huyen Mai - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi City for the 2025 - 2030 term.
In Decision No. 218-QD/TU, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to assign comrade Nguyen Van Thang - Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Chuong My Ward, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and cease holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuong My Ward for the 2025-2030 term; to work at the City Labor Federation to perfect the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City, Chairman of the City Labor Federation.
Speaking at the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong congratulated Comrade Bui Huyen Mai and Comrade Nguyen Van Thang on being trusted by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and assigned new tasks. He said that after the 18th City Party Congress successfully, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee continued to improve and assign personnel to the new apparatus.
The leaders of the City Party Committee hope that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City will do a good job of perfecting the position of Chairman. At the same time, I hope that comrade Bui Huyen Mai, based on her experience and strengths in work, especially the work of mobilizing and uniting all classes of people, will make an important contribution to the development of the Front in particular and the Capital in general.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee also requested Comrade Bui Huyen Mai to direct the good organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, on the basis of closely following the Resolution of the 18th Congress of the City Party Committee, concretizing the content and action program to each socio-political organization, each professional society organization, each union member, association member, and people so that everyone has the determination and aspiration to contribute to building a beautiful capital, together towards the ultimate goal of improving the quality of life of the people of the capital.
