On behalf of the Politburo, Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister chaired the discussion; Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member, National Assembly Chairman chaired the closing session.
The Central Committee and delegates working in the Hall discussed the contents discussed by the Central Committee in the afternoon session of November 5, 2025.
Through the discussion sessions, there were 220 comments from the Central Committee on the draft Report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the 13th Party Central Committee to submit to the 14th National Congress; draft Report on summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo and Secretariat of the 13th tenure; draft Report on summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the 13th Central Inspection Committee; Report on summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently".
The Politburo met to absorb and explain the Central Committee's comments, seek the Central Committee's opinions on the above contents and approve the Resolution of the 14th Central Conference. General Secretary To Lam delivered the closing speech at the Conference.
The Party Central Committee calls on the entire Party, people and army to promote the tradition of patriotism, solidarity, unity, strive, and be determined to successfully carry out the socio-economic development tasks in 2025 and the targets and tasks of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; promote and improve the effectiveness of patriotic emulation movements and complete well the preparation work to successfully organize the 14th National Congress of the Party.
