On June 3, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front issued Decision No. 399/QD-MTTW-BTT on the reception and appointment of cadres.
Accordingly, Mr. Bui Duy Dong, Member of the Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Do Luong District Party Committee, received work at the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, appointed the position of Head, Secretary of Mr. Do Van Chien - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from June 15, 2025. During his new tenure, Mr. Bui Duy Dong will receive a position allowance with a coefficient of 1.0. Other salary and allowance regimes (if any) continue to be implemented according to current regulations and the salary termination certificate of the old agency.
The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front assigned the Organization - Personnel Committee, the Office of the agency and related units to coordinate in implementing procedures according to regulations.
Mr. Bui Duy Dong was born in 1976, from Dang Son commune, Do Luong district, Nghe An province, and was transferred and appointed to the position of Secretary of Do Luong District Party Committee in 2022. Previously, Mr. Bui Duy Dong was a member of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Nghe An Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion.
