At the same time, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee assigned and appointed Mr. Le Hoang Hai - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Con Dao Special Zone for the 2025 - 2030 term.
Mr. Le Hoang Hai, born in 1974, hometown Dat Do district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (formerly). He has a Master's degree in Trade and Business Administration, Bachelor of Business Administration, and a high level of political theory.
