Implementing the direction of the Central Executive Committee, the Central Public Security Party Committee, and the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security on streamlining the apparatus, removing intermediate levels, not organizing district-level police and receiving 4 new tasks from departments and branches, the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Police Party Committee has commented and comprehensively evaluated the leadership, command, and staff to have a suitable plan to arrange cadres, ensuring after the arrangement of the apparatus, the arrangement of cadres and activities of units in the Provincial Police is stronger and more effective.
Bac Giang Provincial Police have completed the organizational arrangement in accordance with the direction of the Ministry of Public Security; As a result, 1,084 comrades have been mobilized and arranged; in which, 624 cadres with capacity and working experience have been increased to professional departments and 333 cadres to the Commune-level Police.
Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh - Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police emphasized that in order to organize the new apparatus to be put into operation from March 1, 2025, and at the same time continue to perform well the key tasks in 2025, the Police of units and localities are required to perform well 5 tasks.
In which, it is recommended that the Party committees and leaders of the Commune-level Departments and Police quickly stabilize the organization; the functional departments according to assigned tasks are promptly advised the Provincial Police Director to coordinate with the District Party Committee, Town Party Committee, City Party Committee, People's Committee of districts, towns and cities to continue to strengthen leadership, direction, and create conditions in all aspects for the Commune-level Police force to perform well the assigned functions, tasks and powers. In particular, ensuring facilities, equipment, means of work, working conditions, accommodation, and living conditions for officers and soldiers when they are on the payroll.
