On the afternoon of October 13, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi People's Council held a conference to announce the decision to appoint the Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council.
Accordingly, in Decision No. 26/QD-HDND dated October 13, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Council, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong, full-time member of the Hanoi People's Council's Committee for the 2021-2026 term, was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Hanoi People's Council; the appointment term is 5 years.
Congratulating the new Deputy Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council, Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan affirmed that this is not only an honor for him personally, but also a belief and expectation that the city leaders have sent.
The Chairman of the City People's Council suggested that Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong continue to strive, improve her expertise and experience; learn more from practice, from previous comrades to work with the National Assembly Delegation Office and the City People's Council to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Huong promised to uphold pioneering and exemplary nature, uphold principles, and work with the leadership and all cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Office to strive to better complete the assigned tasks.
