Continue to review and count all projects and works that are backlogged, stopped construction, headquarters, offices that are not in use or are not used effectively within the scope and management area, completely resolve the problems, complete and put into use soon, avoid loss and waste.
Accelerate the implementation of the Project to invest in the construction of at least 1 million social housing units for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021 - 2030. Urgently approve and start construction of social housing projects, urge investors to complete social housing projects; complete the assigned social housing targets in 2025. Promote housing for people with revolutionary contributions.
Tightly, publicly and transparently control land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement, ensure the legitimate rights, production activities and the lives of people whose land is recovered. Strengthen inspection to promptly rectify, prevent and handle violations of enterprises, investors, real estate trading floors, real estate brokerage services, land use rights auctions in the area, not to take profits, causing market disruption.
Localities where festivals have a large number of participants must strengthen food safety control, surprise inspections of food and beverage service establishments, street food, and food in festival areas; prepare plans, forces, and equipment to effectively implement measures to handle and overcome the consequences if food safety and hygiene incidents and food poisoning occur in the area...
