Giving opinions on the organizational structure of the Government for the 16th National Assembly term

The National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the organizational structure of the Government for the 16th National Assembly term.

On March 31, information from the National Assembly Office said that the 56th session of the 15th National Assembly Standing Committee will take place in 1.5 days, opening tomorrow afternoon (April 1).

According to the draft program, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on many reports and reports of the Government.

In which, supplementary assessment of the results of the 2025 socio-economic development plan, the implementation situation of the socio-economic development plan in the first months of 2026; 5-year socio-economic development plan 2026-2030.

Supplementary assessment of state budget implementation results in 2025, state budget implementation situation in the first months of 2026; thrift practice and anti-wastefulness in 2025; state finance in 2024; state budget finalization in 2024.

At the same time, giving opinions on the Government's submissions and reports on: Results of the medium-term Public Investment Plan for the period 2021-2025 and expected medium-term Public Investment Plan for the period 2026-2030; Results of the national financial plan and 5-year public debt borrowing and repayment plan for the period 2021-2025 and expected national financial plan, 5-year public debt borrowing and repayment plan for the period 2026-2030.

On April 2, the National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on the report on the results of the implementation of the 2025 Supervisory Program and the first months of 2026, and the expected 2027 Supervisory Program of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee.

In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee will consider and approve the Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 730/2004/NQ-UBTVQH11 dated September 30, 2004 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on approving the salary scale, salary allowance scale for state officials and leaders; professional and nghiệp vụ salary scale for the court sector and the procuracy sector.

The National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions (3rd time) on the preparation for the First Session of the 16th National Assembly. At the same time, consider and give opinions on the plan to arrange and allocate working space and ensure facilities, equipment, and means to serve the activities of the 16th National Assembly; the amendment and supplementation of a number of articles of Resolution No. 524/2012/UBTVQH13 dated September 20, 2012 on a number of spending regimes to ensure the activities of the National Assembly.

Also at this meeting, the National Assembly Standing Committee considered and decided on the general review of the system of legal normative documents.

The National Assembly Standing Committee will give opinions on personnel work submitted to the National Assembly at the First Session, 16th National Assembly; give opinions on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly on the organizational structure of the Government for the 16th National Assembly term; Resolution of the National Assembly on the structure of the number of Government members for the 16th National Assembly term.

In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee gave opinions on the promulgation of the Government's Decree regulating the management and use of state budget for some foreign affairs activities; the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Social Insurance.
