    According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 24, at the invitation of President of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea Lee Jae Myung, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Luong Cuong will lead a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation to attend the 32nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit Week and work bilaterally in Korea, from October 29 to November 1, 2025.
